Brand, content, source code

All elements of implikare.com — the “Implikare” brand, visual identity, logos, text, illustrations, photographs, interfaces, and source code — are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or alteration, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Iliès Mahoudeau, under penalty of prosecution for counterfeiting (articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Content produced by the user (CVs, cover letters, applications, etc.) remains the property of its author — see the Terms of Service for the detail of licenses granted to the service for processing it.

5. Mediation and dispute resolution

Amicable settlement and jurisdiction

Implikare has not yet joined a conventional mediation service. In case of a dispute related to the use of the service, the consumer user is invited to first contact contact@implikare.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, they may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
